  After careful consideration, I decided to dedicate my first review to this amazing new company called http://www.beautyarmy.com/.
They just launched January 1, 2012. I came across their Twitter page a few weeks ago & signed up right away!
I think it's a brilliant concept. You pay $12 a month & you receive 6 "deluxe" samples sent to your door. You can also save $12 (1 month free) and pay $132 for a full year's membership. NO shipping fees, hidden costs, no fuss! Just how I like my shopping!!
You have the option to set up a profile, which you can alter at any time, that is designed to help custom select the perfect products for you. You then get to choose from an assortment of makeup, nail, hair, fragrance & skin/body care products, for both men and women.
The samples you pick are called your "Beauty Kit."
For those of you who don't know, "deluxe" size samples are so great because they're bigger than your average teeny weeny sample jar. Some are more than 2 ounces & the eye shadow is full size. Yes, that's right. I said FULL SIZE.
Whoever operates their Twitter account is super sweet, often responding to questions & comments. In other words, they're accessible. Which I like!
All of the products are for sale as well. Which is amazing because you can stock up on what you just fell in love with. Everything is reasonably priced so it's a win, win. I also like that you can access your account at any time & it keeps track of all your recent orders.
This is the year I'm considering renting a room in a spa/salon so it's a good way for me to try new products for retail purposes.
It's also appealing to me because I like to give my clients products & goody bags with every service. Nobody has ever walked away from a service with me, from facials to makeup applications, empty handed. I like having a big selection of items to give because my clientele ranges in age. I tend to give eye shadows, lip glosses and such to younger girls and more anti-aging products to my more mature clientele. This site will allow me to keep fresh items in my goody bag stash along w/keeping me plugged into what's new to try.
I also give a lot of products & makeup sets as gifts. I love going to different trade shows like http://www.themakeupshow.com/ & stocking up on discounted items.
My goody bags come w/an itemized list of what's in the bag & how to use/maximize everything. I feel this helps people become more confident with what they're using. Having a reference to go back to is a huge help. I'm waiting for my kit to come in, hopefully it'll get here this week.

I'll definitely try the eyeshadow & NeoCell exfoliant right away. The eyeshadow has other colors but this was the only option for sampling. I've heard mixed reviews about StiVectin products so we'll see about that. I've never heard of Chella, Lab Lift, or  M.A.D Skincare so I'm not sure if I'll use them or hold onto them for clients. That's it for now!
